The history

This is how it all started...

BeyondFlats was born from the need of owners to have a marketing and rental management tool for their apartments that was easy to use, and that provided the technology and infrastructure necessary to rent the apartments optimally from home.

BeyondFlats differs from other traditional agencies by its commercial efficiency (reducing number of days to rent, improving average occupancy, optimizing rental price), and operational (reducing management times, gaining transparency), with the use of technology and digital environments (direct marketing, social networks, etc).
